SHIPPING HUBS & HANDLING
All orders will be processed and shipped directly either from our distribution center. Please note, these orders may incur customs & duty fees, which the customer is required to pay in order to receive their order.
The Order handling time is estimated at 2-3 days (Monday to Sunday).
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind right after your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return and refund policy.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@thebrewmates.com.
VAT & DUTIES
You are responsible for any duties, VAT or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. The Brew Mates will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
