At The Brew Mates, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes, a return may be necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
15-Day Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at contact@thebrewmates.com. If your return is accepted, our customer service team will give instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items for any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at contact@thebrewmates.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take a note that the refund fee is the original payment the customer made minus a 15% restocking fee upon refund approval. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
